We often get asked: What can my child do at home when we leave TTA classes or camps?

It’s hard for kids to go home from TTA and know what to work on and do it in an efficient way. To offer more value to our families, our 10-minute at home skills workout series are now available to you. These workouts will highlight moves/drills from our classes and are formatted so:

  • Can be done alone and at home
  • Only a basketball is needed
  • Simply follow along
  • Level up or down depending on skill level
  • Improve Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Just 10-minutes

We encourage all TTA players to do one (1) workout per week to help bolster their skills and supplement what you are doing in our classes. Enjoy and please let us know if there are any categories you would like us to add contact@triplethreatonline.com

Workouts will be uploaded periodically. The ones posted can be done over and over for more rapid improvement
